| Elm Creek Chalet
Wedding Site Details
 We recommend that you visit The Chalet at Elm Creek well before your wedding date to look at the facility. Tours of the chalet are available by appointment only. The Chalet at Elm Creek is located in Maple Grove and features a huge stone fireplace built of timbers and fieldstone, a cathedral-style ceiling, and large glass windows overlooking the park.

 Rental Availability
The Chalet is available April - October. It is rented from 10:00 a.m. to midnight and is open only during the reservations timeframe.
Rental Fees
Monday-Thursday, $850
Friday-Sunday and holidays, $1,200
Fees do not include sales tax.
Reservations and Payment
Payment is due in full at the time the reservation is made. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). Payment may be made by cash or check if received at the time of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made 240 days prior to the event date, 100% of the fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 120 days prior to the event date, 80% of the fee will be refunded. Cancellations made 60 days prior to the event date, 50% of the fee will be refunded. All cancellations made after 60 days are non-refundable. No refunds are given due to weather conditions unless the park or facility is officially closed due to severe life threatening weather.
Chalet Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of 25% of the rental fee will be due at the time of the reservation. If no damages occur, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your reserved date.
Security Fee
A security fee will be charged in addition to the rental fee and any other associates fee when a large group is renting this facility and is serving alcohol. The fee will apply if alcohol is self-provided or supplied by a vendor, and the rental time period extends beyond 7pm. The fee will be determined at the time of the reservation and covers the cost of providing on-site security during the rental.

By establishing the approved list of caterers, The Park District has reinforced our commitment to providing the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. If you choose to have your special event at the Park District catered, you must select your caterer from the Approved Catering list.
Directions
Elm Creek Park Reserve is located northwest of Osseo, between Champlin, Dayton and Maple Grove. From CR-81, ext onto Elm Creek Blvd. and head north to the roundabout and park entrance.
