Donate to the Parks
Make a difference in your quality of life and that of future generations

Contributions from many individuals, businesses and family foundations allow Three Rivers Park District to expand and enhance its services beyond those provided through taxes and user fees.  Financial contributions support park programs such as water quality, plant communities, public safety, accessibility equipment and services, wildlife, trails, and scholarships for groups and individuals of any age. The Park District welcomes donations of time, money or property.

There are many ways to make these important contributions to the Park District:

The First Tee of Three Rivers Park District
The First Tee of Three Rivers Park District is a youth development program that combines golf instruction with invaluable life-skills education.  Participants learn the importance of maintaining a positive attitude; how to make decisions by thinking about the possible consequences; how to define and set goals; and how to transfer values such as responsibility, honesty, integrity, respect, confidence and sportsmanship from the golf course to everyday life. The First Tee is for all kids, with priority given to underrepresented populations including girls, young golfers with disabilities, minorities and those with financial need. Your cash donation will help fund golferships and outreach programs, purchase equipment,  provide range and course access, offer professional teachers/mentors and much more.  To donate,  please call 763/694-7669. Learn more about The First Tee.

You also may contribute to The First Tee through your support of one of the following programs:

  • Adopt a Sprinkler Head Cover
Even someone who “has everything” probably does not have a Three Rivers Park District golf course sprinkler head cover adopted in their name! Sprinkler head covers can be adopted at Baker National Golf Course and Eagle Lake Golf Center’s Eagle Course. Donations help support The First Tee. Sprinkler heads may be engraved with an individual name ($75), family name ($100), or business name ($200). Donors select the sprinkler head’s location, where it will remain for two years. At that point, donations can be renewed or Three Rivers Park District will mail the sprinkler head to the person, family or business for whom it is named. Sprinker head donations are tax-deductible, excluding the $15 cost of the cover. To adopt a sprinkler head cover call 763/694-7669.

  • Donate Used Golf Clubs
Help support The First Tee of Three Rivers Park District's youth golf program by donating your used golf clubs. Clubs can be dropped off at Baker National Golf Course, Cleary Lake Golf Course, Eagle Lake Golf Center and Glen Lake Golf & Practice Center. Clubs will be fit to the kids and then distributed OR sold to a local retailer with proceeds used to buy kids’ club. Either way, it’s a WIN for the kids! We also accept used bags and need putters! Your donation is tax-deductible. For more information, call 763/694-7669.
