Dog Off-Leash Area Passes

You can purchase a Dog Off-Leash Area Pass one of four ways:

  1. Purchase on-line.
  2. Call 763/559-9000 (weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or 763/559-6700 (weekends 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.).
  3. Purchase a pass in the parks at visitor centers, nature centers and other staffed locations.
  4. Print this page, complete the order form below, and mail it with your check, money order or credit card information to: Three Rivers Park District, 3000 Xenium Lane N, Plymouth, MN 55441

  1. You will abide by the Park District Ordinance and rules.
  2. You understand that you use these areas at your own risk.
  3. You release, indemnify, and hold harmless Three Rivers Park District, its employees, volunteers, agents and officials from liability, claims, causes of action, judgments, damages, losses, costs or expenses including reasonable attorneys fees for any and all injuries or property damage.
