Gale Woods Farm sells a wide variety of products raised on its pastures and grown in its gardens. From individual cuts and shares of beef, lamb, pork and chicken (sold frozen) to eggs, honey, pure maple syrup and fresh garden produce, visitors are able to experience the true farm to table experience. To purchase our farm products, please stop by during our visitor center hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday –Saturday and noon – 5 pm on Sunday). You are also welcome to call ahead (763-694-2001) to ensure availability as some of our products are only available seasonally.

Limited shares will become available October 2008. Eggs, by the dozen, are still available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our hens are a mix of brown, white and blue-green egg laying breeds and are raised cage-free without hormones or antibiotics.

Lamb/Pork	Made from 50% Gale Woods Lamb and 50% Gale Woods Pork. Sorry, we are currently out. More cuts available in January 2009. Available year-round while supplies last.
Grass-fed Beef	Our 100% grass-fed beef is sustainably raised on pasture here at the farm. Since this beef is extremely lean, it is important that it is cooked slowly using a lower temperature. Individual chickens will also be available for sale beginning July 1, 2008. $2.25/lb.
Turkey	Thanksgiving Turkeys are reserved in October on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pick-up is the week of Thanksgiving. Please call 763-694-2001 to be placed on our contact list. $2.50/lb.
Pork	Individual cuts are available year-round as supplies last. Limited shares and individual cuts available November 2008. We are now taking names of people interested. Please call 763-694-2001 to be placed on our contact list. $100 Share – 30# variety pack.
Farm-Fresh Produce	Available summer through fall, depending on garden productivity. The majority of our vegetables are sold through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Members receive 6 – 20 pounds of vegetables, herbs and fruit each week from mid-June through early October. Shares are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 2008 Shares are sold-out.
