Located on the Crow River, Crow-Hassan Park
Reserve is a 2,600-acre park, this
large, uninterrupted expanse of land
offers a feeling of wilderness and solitude.
No
matter what time of the year one visits, the 600-acre restored
prairie is colorful and ever-changing. Deer, fox, coyotes,
trumpeter swans, hawks and bald eagles may be seen from the
many miles of trails that wind through the park.

Group campsites
There are four group campsites
available by reservation which can accommodate groups of 20
- 80 people. Two sites are drive-in horse campsites and two sites are ride-in horse campsites.

Horse trails
Over 10 miles of trail wind
along the east periphery of the park reserve. During the winter
season, a 5-mile trail is located
in the northern part of the park, with access from the Riverbend group camp site. Each horse and rider, age 16 or older, must have either the annual or daily permit. Three Rivers Park District does not rent horses.

Dog off-leash Area
Over 40 acres of space allows
dogs to run off-leash. An annual or daily pass is required. Daily permits are available at the park, or you may purchase an annual permit.
Snowmobile Trails - The snowmobile trail is groomed
and utilizes approximately 11 miles of the eastern segment of the horse trail network, and
serves as a connecting link to outside trail systems.
