The Landing offers beautiful, quaint locations to pledge your love for all time.
Visit the park well before making your reservation to look at the many options you have to choose from for your wedding site.
Chairs and tables for 200 people are included with your rental.
Please note: At this time we are not taking wedding reservations for 2009 at The Landing due to scheduled renovation and construction projects.
Wedding Sites
- Bloomington-Ferry Church – A beautiful, old-fashioned church with a seating capacity of up to 85 people.
- Town Hall – An open-space building ideal for receptions. The building has a dining capacity of up to 54 people.
- Pavilion – An overhead picnic-style shelter surrounded by trees and offering a scenic view of the Minnesota River. It has an approximate seating capacity of 200 people.
- Gazebo – A white Victorian gazebo in the center of the village square surrounded by quaint vintage homes. Up to 300 guests can be seated in front of the gazebo.
- River Overlook – The Minnesota River overlook with its stone wall offers a scenic back-drop for an outdoor wedding. It has a seating capacity of up to 200 people.

Reservations
All weddings and rehearsals must be scheduled through the Group Sales Coordinator, Jenn Strehler at 763/694-7631. To arrange for a site visit, please contact The Landing directly at 763/694-7784. A staff person will call you approximately two weeks prior to your reservation to finalize your plans.
Note: Reservation fee does not provide exclusive use of The Landing. Other park guests may be visiting the site during the time you have reserved.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). Payments may be made by cash or check if received at the Park District Reservations Office at the time of the reservation.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 25% of the rental fee will be due at the time of the reservation. If no damages occur, the deposit will be returned within 30 days of the reservation.
