Park District Fees
Parking is free every day at all
Park District locations for personal/family vehicles.
Activity Fees
Activity passes are available at visitor centers, nature centers and the Park District Administrative Center. Daily passes are available at pay boxes in the parks.
Archery, horseback riding, boat trailer parking and off-leash dog exercise areas
A one-day pass is $5, an annual pass is $30, and a second annual pass in the same household is $15.
Cross-Country Skiing
Three Rivers Park District Cross-Country Ski Passes are required for skiers ages 12 and older. Season Ski Passes are $50 for the first pass in a household and $25 for each additional pass in a household. Daily passes are $4.
Disc Golf
A daily pass is $3.00; a Season pass is $30.00 for ages over 10.
Upland swim ponds at Elm Creek Park Reserve and Lake Minnetonka Regional Park
There is a daily fee of $2 per person, or you may purchase a season family pass for $20.
Equipment Rental

Facility Rental

Buses and Group Vans
Reservations are required at least 2 weeks in advance for buses and group vans. Call 763/559-6700.
Daily fee, summer season; June 16-September 14, 2008
- 6 to 12 passengers $18.00 per vehicle
- 12 to 25 passengers $36.00 per vehicle
- 25 or more passengers $75.00 per vehicle
Daily fee, non-peak season; September 15, 2008 - June 15, 2009
- 6 to 12 passengers $6.00 per vehicle
- 12 to 25 passengers $12.00 per vehicle
- 25 or more passengers $25.00 per vehicle
Note: Buses/vans making multiple trips per day are required to have a paid reservation and permit per trip/load.
Group Application for Bus Fee Scholarship (PDF)
With prior Park District approval, discounts may be available to schools or agencies when providing recreational and educational experiences to youth.
Commercial Vehicles
A commercial vehicle is any vehicle with commercial license plates or a company logo that is at the park for non-personal use.
